Michael Rintelman
Michael Rintelman came to The Milwaukee Outreach Center in 1990 after completing
his B.A. in counseling from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana. He first
served as Program Director from 1991 until he was promoted to Executive
Director in 2002. In 1997 he graduated from Trinity International
University with a M.A. in Counseling Psychology. He is a master's level
Christian therapist and he currently serves as an elder at Cornerstone Church
in Grafton, Wisconsin.
Mike authored the Phoenix Life Skills Program which helps individuals
understand who God created them to be and how they can become productive
citizens. Through the development of church partnerships, Mike expanded
The Milwaukee Outreach Center’s ministry with a satellite Christian
counseling office in West Bend, Wisconsin. He has also facilitated
the distribution of over $1,000,000 in resources to local churches and
ministries during his tenure with The Milwaukee Outreach Center. Mike and
his wife, Marie, are the proud parents of Joshua Michael, who was born in
April of 1998.
William Hope
William Hope became Director of Development in 2004. Prior to this, Will and his wife Jackie, served as parish pastors for 18 years and urban educators for seven years. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Will has a B.S. in English and Education from Bemidji State University, a M.Div. with a concentration in Old Testament from Bethel Theological Seminary, and a D.Min, from Oral Roberts University.
Will serves as the general editor for writing projects at TMOC. He and Jackie have three adult children, Tirza, Titus, and Elisa. Will is an avid tennis player and enjoys walking and hiking with Sparty, their Kerry Blue Terrier.
