Our mission is to penetrate lives for lasting change through life skills training programs and counseling services for people who are unemployed or under-employed. The Milwaukee Outreach Center (TMOC) provides life skills training and job-readiness programs, educational assessments and evaluations, online adult literacy programs, vocational and family counseling services.
